Cask Night at the Tracyton returns, and we are kicking it off with a really popular brewery, Rainy Daze and one of their BRAND NEW brews that, aside from this cask, is a taproom exclusive – so grab all your cask-loving friends, or anyone you know that wants to try it for the first time, and join us as we drink the way our great-grandparents did!
If you’re a fan of, or curious to try, cask-conditioned beer – stop in on Monday, November 30th, for another cask-night to taste what many call “Real Ale” in a cask-conditioned keg poured straight from the bar top – the way beer was originally enjoyed for centuries!
FEATURED BREWERY: Rainy Daze Brewing Co.
FEATURED BEER:
“Tay, More Cowbell!” a Peanut Butter Milk Stout
PLEASE NOTE: We are following all state guidelines, so masks are required while inside and not seated, 6 per table, and spaced seating – but we do have a large, covered beer garden as well.
If you’re new to cask-conditioned ale, or not sure why it is so popular and why it’s different than “modern” beer, check out this short article: https://bit.ly/2FxBvrT
SPECIALS INCLUDE:
** $5.00 – 14oz. Cask-Conditioned Glass
** $7.50 – 14oz. C-C Glass, plus a 6oz. Sidecar of the traditional co2 keg to compare side-by-side
** $3.50 – 6oz. Cask-Conditioned Taster Sampler
** $14.00 – Any TPH Burger, plus a 14oz. Cask Pour
Cask-conditioned, in short, is the way beer was originally enjoyed for centuries. With natural co2 from the fermentation, “real ale” typically has a more full-flavor and unique texture from the natural carbonation process.
