Cask Night 4 feat. Rainy Daze

Always a lot of fun, our Cask Night is back again for a fourth time – so grab all your cask-loving friends, or anyone you know that wants to try it for the first time, and join us as we drink the way our great-grandparents did!

If you’re a fan of, or curious to try, cask-conditioned ale – stop in on Monday, March 25th, for another cask-night to taste what many call “Real Ale” in a cask-conditioned keg poured straight from the bar top – the way beer was originally enjoyed for centuries!

If you’re new to cask-conditioned ale, or not sure why it is so popular and why it’s different than “modern” beer, check out this short article: https://bit.ly/2FxBvrT

FEATURED BREWERY: Rainy Daze Brewing (Poulsbo, Wa.)
FEATURED BEER: Goat Boater IPA

Cask-conditioned, in short, is the way beer was originally enjoyed for centuries. With natural co2 from the fermentation, “real ale” typically has a more full-flavor and unique texture from the natural carbonation process.
