Cask Night 6 at The Tracyton Public House – feat. Bainbridge Brewing

Always a lot of fun, our monthly Cask Night is back again for a SIXTH time at Tracyton Public House – so grab all your cask-loving friends, or anyone you know that wants to try it for the first time, and join us as we drink the way our great-grandparents did!

If you’re a fan of, or curious to try, cask-conditioned beer – stop in on Monday, May 27th, for another cask-night to taste what many call “Real Ale” in a cask-conditioned keg poured straight from the bar top – the way beer was originally enjoyed for centuries!

FEATURED BREWERY & BEER:
Bainbridge Brewing
Kommuter Kölsch

We will be pouring this German-style favorite from a traditional German gravity cask!

If you’re new to cask-conditioned ale, or not sure why it is so popular and why it’s different than “modern” beer, check out this short article: https://bit.ly/2FxBvrT

SPECIALS INCLUDE:
** $4.75 – 14oz. Cask-Conditioned Glass
** $7.00 – 14oz. C-C Glass, plus a 6oz. Sidecar of the traditional co2 keg to compare side-by-side
** $3.25 – 6oz. Cask-Conditioned Taster Sampler
** $10.00 – Any TPH Burger, plus a 14oz. Cask Pour

Cask-conditioned, in short, is the way beer was originally enjoyed for centuries. With natural co2 from the fermentation, “real ale” typically has a more full-flavor and unique texture from the natural carbonation process.
